Unilateral Non-Disclosure Agreement, the only way!
|The Law and many of its aspects experienced an inexorable advance in recent decades, mainly as a result of an ever-changing society undergoing exponential growth in all areas. Thus, in the same pace, the Law provided a new type of contract, including the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Nowadays, it is unthinkable to imagine a project, idea, product, business or information exchange without considering a non-disclosure agreement.|
Red Horse-NDA did not want to stay aloof in these new times and, with a recognized entrepreneurial attitude, designed a complete and multi-faceted non-disclosure agreement form for all stakeholders, perfectly suitable for their as well as their partners' needs.
This new type of contract can be unilateral. In other words, they can result from the imposition of confidentiality by only one of the parties (the Disclosing party) to the other (the Receiving party). In this specific case, the confidentiality-related obligations are directed to the Receiving party only.
